Deputy Manager - Sourcing/Purchase/Procurement (3-7 yrs)
Deputy Manager - Sourcing i.e. Purchase and Procurement.
Position Title: DM - Sourcing
Reports To: Director- Enterprise
Based At : Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities and Accountability :
1. Handling the RFQ's received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing
2. Quotes to customers to win POs
3. Growing sales share in the key accounts
4. Assisting sales team to achieve monthly sales target
5. Supplier development - Add new suppliers, Negotiate with current suppliers for better margins and credit terms
Requirements:
1. Experience of 3 to 7 years in purchase and procurement department
2. MBA is an added advantage (not compulsory if good work-ex)
3. Salary range will be 4.5 lpa to 7.5 lpa
4. Should have experience in purchase in B2B channel
5. Analytical background in undergrad preferred
6. Strong in leadership skills
7. Excellent in communications and interpersonal skills
8. A go-getter with a never-give-up attitude
Educational Qualification :
- B.Tech/BE (preferably from Mechanical/Electrical)
- Masters/MBA (preferably Operations/Logistics/General Management/Marketing)
