The candidate should have experience in :
- Passenger Car industry for 1+ year after graduation in the area of After Sales, Customer Service, Warranty Management, Technical Support, Diagnostics etc
- Customer Care
- Thorough knowledge of Car fault diagnostics
- Technical Training
- Experience with a car OEMS is a must.
