Deputy Manager - Vehicle Integration (2-17 yrs)
- Motorcycle layout in 2D and 3D.
- Define the vehicle architecture with Marketing and UX team inputs.
- Define the vehicle customer touch points and its hand calculations such as ground clearance, seat height, wheelbase, trail, ergo position, vehicle CG, weight distribution, etc.
- Design vehicle subsystem parts first design calculation than 3D models with 2D drawings with required GD&T.
- Vehicle integration, and co-ordination with other teams.
- Designing sub-system parts such as brake cable routings, control cables routings, sheet metal and plastic/rubber brackets and also taking the lead for other vehicle parts as and when required.
- Vehicle integration to ensure Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Service (DFS).
- Vehicle FMEA owner and drive the FMEA.
- You Can work with the manufacturing and proto team for vehicle development.
- You Can work with a testing team for vehicle validation and problem resolution.
- Benchmark and drive the best feature for the product with given time and required quality.
