Deputy Manager - Vendor Development - Automobile Industry (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Capable to conduct supplier audits and knowledge of Supplier selection procedure.
2. Able to judge supplier capacity & facility for capacity planning and supplier contract reviews.
3. Knowledge of Development process and can review of part development as per development schedule and Familiar with APQP process from part design to till SOP.
4. Knowledge of concept tools design & specifications. CIJ and P.O activities of Y-Tooling.
5. Costing skill required for parts like Molding, sheet metals, Hardware, Electronics, rubber etc.
6. Technical trouble shooting at supplier end.
7. Procurement & Inventory management skill.
8. Cost saving/VA/VE
9. Knowledge and usage of 5S, Kaizen, CFT approach etc
10. Can understand and meet requirement of TS in VD area.11. Can use SAP in materials area.
11. Knowledge of APQP,PPAP, FMEA,SPC,7 QC Tools
12. VA/VE
