Design Coordinator (8-10 yrs)
About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator with strong exposure to hospitality architecture and hotel/resort projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating design activities between architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with design intent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage design coordination between architects, consultants, clients, and internal project teams to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
- Review architectural and consultant drawings to identify design conflicts and resolve clashes during project execution.
- Coordinate with architects and design consultants to ensure design intent, timelines, and project standards are maintained.
- Support design review meetings and ensure timely closure of design-related issues.
- Apply knowledge of hospitality architecture and hotel design standards to ensure functional planning and enhanced guest experience.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, quality standards, and operational requirements.
- Work closely with project management teams to maintain design schedules and deliverables.

Education

OR
