Design & Cost Engineer - Electrical (5-10 yrs)
Qualification : B.Tech (Electrical)
Experience : Min. 5-7 yrs.
Key Responsibility Areas :
1. Designing & Costing the Solar PV-system layout, including selection of system components, their integration and sizing
2. Designing of OFF Grid & ON Grid- Solar-system for Rooftop & Ground Mounted Solar Power plants
3. Preparation of SLDs, PvSyst reports, complete engineering drawings (panel diagrams, connection drawings, module placement, cable and conduit routing, inverter sizing etc.) and Layouts of the solar PV system
4. Shadow & Shading Analysis using computer aided software
5. Sizing -Solar-Array, Inverter, AC & DC Cable sizing, String Combiner Box, Earthing- system design
6. Costing and Estimation of the Solar Power Plant, preparation of BOQ/ BOM and technical proposal for the client
7. Create electrical line diagrams, panel schedules, connection diagrams, system layouts for solar electric systems using computer aided design (CAD)
8. To ensure all the layouts and drawings prepared are duly reviewed and sign-off by the client and the Vice- President in co-ordination with the technical team/ Business Development team before execution on the site
9. Trouble shooting and solving technical problems in co-ordination with Marketing and technical team
10. In all projects above 50KW will accompany the Business Development team for Site Survey
11. Preparation of various planning reports as and when required by the management
