Prime Responsibility:
- Create 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Perform hand calculations, engineering analysis, and simulations to support project requirements.
- Compile, update, and maintain design data in the design library.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and provide accurate data to relevant departments.
- Execute value engineering projects to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop prototypes for New Product Development (NPD) and New Concept Development (NCD) projects.
- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolve design-related complaints, including site visits when required.
- Identify and monitor departmental risks, ensuring high-risk areas are mitigated with appropriate actions
