Design Engineer - Automation (5-8 yrs)
Job Description:
- Design tooling, machines used for bolt tightening applications preferred.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings & BOM for release.
- Interact with customers worldwide regarding projects scope of supply, concept, planning, design & release.
- Sound knowledge of GD&T.
- Sheet metal and fixture design.
- Pneumatic knowledge.
Experience requirements
- 5+ years- experience in machine design domain.
- Design experience preferred in Automaton/fixtures tooling/ special purpose machines.
- Interaction with Global customers would be added advantage.
- Sound technical knowledge & GD & T
- Good Communications skills
- Mechanical design hands on experience in any field.
- Preferred Design experience in (Fixture, SPM machines, Automation background, Sheet metal, Structures, Material handling equipment, Tools, Pneumatic, packaging machines)
- Design knowledge of, Gantries, Slides manual, Slides pneumatics, Lifters.
- Preferred Software background (Solid edge, Solid works, AutoCAD, Inventor)
- Technical guidance to team
- Expert in project planning & execution with good manufacturing & material selection knowledge
- Sound technical knowledge.

- BE Mechanical Engineering
