Design Engineer - Construction Equipment (4-8 yrs)
- Candidate should have executed at least couple of engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design & Development knowledge of Electric Motor / Embedded system / Battery operated Machine
- Electrical / Electronic system drawing preparation.
- Development of Testing procedures & facilities for Verification / validation testing of EEI items.
- Knowledge of various regulations & standards for electrical certification.
- Co-ordination with cross-functional team and global engineers.
- In depth process knowledge of NPD / DFMEA / PPAP / Design Review / Engineering change process / VAVE Must have the ability to manage multi-tasks, carry out root cause analysis, and deal with internal and external customers.
- Product data management
- Take responsibility for Innovation Process and Patenting aspects
- Co-ordination with vendor for concerns related to Engineering & quality of product.
- Manage the product maintenance project.
- Develops engineering documentation as per IS 9001
- 4-5 yrs of experience - Preferably in construction equipment / Earth moving equipment
- Hands on experience on 3D CAD software Creo 2.0 / Catia V5 for components & system schematic drawing.
- Familiar with modern electronics both analog and digital circuitry
- Strong background in electrical system design
Knowledge / Educational Requirement :
- BE - Electrical /Electronic with 4-5 yrs of experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001.
