Design Engineer - HVAC Industries (3-6 yrs)

Job description :
- Review the customer requirement received from sales department.
- Prepare GA drawings based on customer requirements and coordinate with customer for approval of the same.
- Design the machine based on approved GA drawings and release the manufacturing drawings along with bill of materials(BOM)
- Design the machine based on manufacturing facilities and suggest for outsourcing wherever required.
- Release assembly drawings to facilitate the assembly by contractors at remote locations.
- Review of material cost at the design stage and keep it within the target.
- Explore different concepts/methodology to improve machine efficiency and to optimize the cost and delivery.
- Communicate with internal and external customers for smooth execution of projects.
- Attend to customer complaints related to design of the machine and provide solution in the form of CAPA.
Qualification : BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Age : 27 to 35 years
Experience : 3-6 years- experience in design development of HVAC or sheet metal processing industry.
Knowledge/Skills :
- Knowledge of AutoCAD & ProE are essential.
- Windchill is desirable.
- Good presentation, documentation and communication skills.
- Need to be customer oriented, diplomatic, flexible, enthusiastic and adaptable.
- Need to demonstrate a calm and composed approach.
