Design Engineer - Industrial Design (18-30 yrs)
We are in need to engage personnel for one of our reputed client for the post of Senior Design Engineer.
Job Location : Kolkata (Hide Road, Kolkata - 700043)
Qualification : Degree in Mechanical Engineering. (Must Have)
Experience : Working experience in Design, Drawing & nesting. Product cost sheet preparation. 2D & 3D Drawing /Model designing & Development.
Job Role & Eligible Criteria :
- Engineering Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 15+ years- experience in mechanical design
- In-depth knowledge of Solid Works 2D, 3D CAD software
- Actively involved in design, engineering and coordinating work for various structural equipment related works etc.
- Involved with workshop inspection and vendors during fabrication stage, with sites during erection and commissioning stage and with our collaborator and client during design engineering stage.
- Also involved in steel structural health checking of various equipments.
- Given training to the client personnel for maintenance of various material handling equipments.
- Actively involved in design, engineering, tendering, and co-coordinating work for Cranes, hydro-mechanical equipment and structural projects and general administration.
- Extensive knowledge of metal fabrication processes
- Understanding of current cutting tool technology
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively
