Design Engineer - Interior Trims - OEM Project (4-10 yrs)
Qualifications:
B.E., B.Tech. M.E, M. Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or PG in Tool /Product engineering
Experience:
- Experience in Engineering Design of Interior Trims (Interior Trims Instrument Panel, Cross car beam, Door trims, Console, Pillar trims, Headliner, Carpet etc.)
- Experience of working on OEM projects
SKILLS :
- Expert in Catia V5 & Teamcenter
- Must have good understanding of plastic part design methodology
- Must have relevant experience in Master Sections and Concept creation
- Should have knowledge and understanding of Tooling and manufacturing processes
- Should know DFM & DFA
- Excellent communication & leadership skill
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for CAD design of Automotive plastic components considering functional, tooling and production requirements
- Lead a team of 4-5 members, technically ensuring quality and meeting the timeline requirements of the project.
