Job Description:
1) Overall responsibility for all conversion units development/new business/control/execution/yield.
2) Coordination for NBD activities for zone/scrutinizing/DFM/execution
3) Responsibility for Router Machine production with new developments
4) Re-engineering on existing products (Value addition).
5) Design & development and making drawings for New/existing products.
6) New development for design of dies/value Engineering
7) Monitoring job workers production plan vs actual made on daily basis/ weekly basis for zone.
