"As Mechanical Engineer you are responsible for the Design and Development of industrial equipment (SPM). creating optimized CAD models/ manufacturing drawings, BOM for sub-systems of equipment and to ensure the quality of drawings produced. New Product Development Engineering and Order-based Engineering activities.
The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Proficient in Solidworks software: (Modeling, Weldment, Detailing, Assembly, Drawing, etc.)
- Involved in the design & development of industrial equipment (SPM).
- Able to work on New product development. Experience in conceptualizing & designing special-purpose automation systems.
- Manufacturing Drawing creation by using GD&T and Tolerances
- Creation of BOM / ECN and release of drawings for production.
- Should have Knowledge in Weldment & Welding Symbols
- Knowledge about, pneumatics, motors, and gearbox selection.
- Knowledge about the manufacturing process
