Job description:
- Good communication skills.
- Good working knowledge on UG NX (Part Modelling, Sheetmetal, Assembly Modelling, 3D tube routing and drawing)
- Knowledge in Solid Edge and Pneumatic schematic creation in AutoCAD
- Good Experience in iPLM (Team center and release process)
- Experience in designing of electromechanical and electropneumatic system
- Expert knowledge in Dimensioning, GD&T, Tolerance Analysis and Review.
- Good knowledge in design of plastic machining parts, plastic welds, Sheetmetal, frame weldments, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electro- mechanical systems.
- Experience in selection of OEM components
- Technical reviews of deliverables.
- Basic Electrical knowledge, component selection, cable routing and control panel/enclosure design.
- Good knowledge in DFX (Design for manufacturing & Assembly etc.,)
- Knowledge in QMS related to project.
- Application of Specific Process standards.
- Review the design and drawing.
- CAD Model quality check (Interference check, BoM Check, Document Quality Check, Tech Review).
- Effective Team and individual player.
- Electrical Components selection, cable routing in NX preferred
