Design Engineer - MEP Deliverables (7-15 yrs)
Job Description :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Detail planning of all services like plumbing, electrical, AC, fire fighting etc.
- Distribution of work, leading and guiding Engineers and drafting team for preparation of MEP deliverables annd ensuring completion of works as per deadline
- Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
- Handling Client Meetings as well as site visits
- Coordination with clients for project related requirements as and when requirements
- Preparation of Design basis report, Schematic drawings, Bill of quantites
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Engineering
- Experience of working in a MEP Design Consultancy office, engaged in desing of hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, residential buildings etc
- 7 years or more experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design
