Design Engineer - MEP - HVAC/PHE & FF/Consulting Firm (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Design calculations
- Produce concept design of plumbing and firefighting, HVAC system as per architect layout, requirement of client and specification as per NBC AND IS STANDARDS
- Produce tender drawing of plumbing and firefighting system (waste, soil and rain water, sprinkler, hose reel and fire extinguisher system-
- Provide calculate note, if require
- Prepare shop drawing for submission and resubmission (Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC System drawing)
- Select and prepare some material for submission
- Contact with supplier to request some quotation and technical documents, if require
- Take off BOQ of firefighting and plumbing system (sprinkler head, pipe, sanitary fixture unit- )
- Prepared information regarding design, structure specification, material, equipment, estimated cost and construction time
- Coordinate closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Architect, Structure Team
- Having good knowledge of high rise /commercial/factory/industrial/data centre etc.
Job Specifications :
- Good interpersonal skill, Ability to analysis problems, Ability to work independently
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure.
- Computer literacy and especially Ms Office, AutoCAD (2D, 3D) etc.
- Being able to travel to sites/provinces and mobilize the workplace.
