Design Engineer - MEP - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
We are looking out for Design Engineer - Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing from a Real Estate Company or Candidate having Residential Experience.
Roles and Responsibilities;
- Provide conceptual and detailed design for HVAC-Firefighting & Fire Alarm system.
- Provide material and equipment specification for HVAC, & Fire Alarm, Firefighting system.
- Generate SOW for HVAC/Firefighting & Fire Alarm for subcontractors.
- Design review and validation HVAC & Fire system design package provided by the consultant.
- Professional in HVAC & Fire system design, drawing, calculation, quantity survey & BOQ.
- Familiar with applicable local and international standards. LEED standard acquaintance.
- Added design knowledge of all pumping systems, STP, WTP, Swimming pools, and the reticulated gas system will be advantageous.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- B.E/ Btech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6-7 Years experience in consultant office and overall 8-10 years in total.
- Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM360, Plant 3D, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work as part of a design team as well as in a project/site team too.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
