Job Description:
- To design and development of Wheel rim and Tyre systems
- Design specification finalization for Wheel rim & Tyres systems.
- Technical file preparation for development
- Knowledge of Wheel rim and Tyre packaging study with Interface aggregates
- Knowledge of Wheel rim and Tyre development
- Knowledge of CATIA V6 is mandatory (2D & 3D / Sheet Metal ).
- Knowledge of FEA and spec optimization and Material selection
- Knowledge of Tyre wear analysis is mandatory.
- Knowledge of DFMEA/DFA/DVP and implementing countermeasures for high RPN activities.
- EBOM and Drawing creation and supporting documents preparation for new projects.
- Stage level documents and drawing readiness and Release activities and PPAP and production drawing release & Documentation release
- Proto vehicle failures analysis and implementation of countermeasures
- Field failure study and counter measure to be carried out on top priority
