1. Lead and manage the design team:

- Oversee all design projects from conception to completion.

- Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

- Collaborate with other departments to understand their design needs.

- Provide design solutions that align with the company's brand and objectives.

- Mentor and develop the skills of team members.

- Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ensure timely delivery of all design projects.

- Review and approve designs before they are finalized.

- Provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Develop and implement design strategies.

- Maintain a consistent brand image across all design projects.

- Work with external vendors and agencies as needed.

- Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.

- Ensure all designs are user-friendly and accessible.

- Monitor and report on the performance of design projects.

- Identify opportunities for improvement in design processes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Design,, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Design Head or similar role.

- Strong portfolio of design projects.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Deep understanding of design principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to think strategically about design.

- Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with user-centered design.
