Design Head - Welding Machines & SPMs (10-12 yrs)
1) Lead a team of designers and ensure optimum output of welding machines and SPMs, for resistance welding applications, using Solid works drafting tool.
2) Interaction with customer and marketing team for new requirements
3) Knowledge of Pneumatic items, and pneumatic circuit for the machines.
3) Motivating the team to meet the targets and ensure the output is within budget
4) Implement the latest design practices to deliver the timely and quality output
5) Monitor the Design output, to meet the targets
6) Lead the improvement projects for product standardization to reduce lead time
7) Team building and motivation by identifying the training needs, for maximizing the performance and build the morale.
