MANAGER DESIGN :
- Prepare detail working drawings; achieve complete look & feel, equipment layout, kitchen, caf, auditorium etc for all new properties
- Give design brief to out-sourced architects & coordinate for Design Specifications
- Finalize designs & material board and freeze the specs
- Ensure standardization of design across properties including colour variants
- Coordinate with Project Team for approval of materials & design drawings
- Define specs for Kitchen & Concession equipment layout & space
- Inspect quality of work / snagging at site; close and signoff from projects
B Arch, 4-5 years' experience, 26-28 years' of age
