Design Manager - Architecture (10-20 yrs)
Lead the creative efforts on client architecture projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies
- Mentor and develop designers; provide creative direction to design teams
- Support the business development and marketing teams
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of design or architecture
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Experience leading design teams through all phases of the design process
- LEED accreditation, preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Revit and other computer design programs (AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
