Design Manager - Fire Protection Systems (4-8 yrs)
Hiring for Design Manager with an leading manufacturing company.
Qualification- DME, Diploma in Piping, B.E. Mechanical
More than 5 years experience in designing of Fire Protection systems
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit MEP experience is a plus)
Should have knowledge of :
- Sprinkler System,
- Hydrant System,
- Gas based Fire Suppression System
- Fire Alarm & detection System
- Passive Fire Protection
- Should have knowledge of NBC, NFPA & IS Standards.
Job Description :
- Designing of Fire Protection systems
- Interface with the client & attend client meetings
- Perform surveys and evaluations of existing conditions
- Prepare technical reports- DBR (Design Basis Reports)
- Develop project specifications
- Preparation of Tenders
- Providing Technical inputs related to drawings
Other Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
