Job Summary-
The Design Coordinator - Hospitality Architecture will be responsible for managing design coordination across architects, clients, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of project design. The role requires strong expertise in hospitality architecture, drawing reviews, and effective collaboration with stakeholders to maintain design quality, functionality, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Design Coordination
- Manage and coordinate design activities between architects, consultants, clients, and internal project teams.
- Ensure that all design elements are integrated and aligned with the overall project vision and requirements.
2. Drawing Review & Technical Support
- Review architectural and consultant drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Identify design discrepancies, coordinate resolutions, and support timely updates to drawings and documentation.
3. Hospitality Architecture Expertise
- Apply knowledge of hotel and hospitality design standards to support functional planning, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, operational requirements, and hospitality industry best practices.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate closely with architects, design consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to resolve design issues and maintain project alignment.
5. Design Review & Quality Assurance
- Support design review meetings and provide inputs to ensure adherence to design intent.
- Monitor design progress to ensure timelines and project milestones are met.
Educational Qualifications-
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch), or
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with strong exposure to design coordination and architectural project workflows.
