Key Responsibilities :
1) Planning of Layout, Concept Designing of Interior Fit-outs of Commercial & Residential Spaces within defined timelines.
2) Understanding Client's requirement, Client Engagement & Handling of Project from start to end, with Coordination with internal Procurement Team & Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of Project.
3) Selection of Material Finishes to be used/applied & Approval of same from Client.
4) Making of various schedules for a project like a furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, artworks, etc.
5) Coordination with Graphic Designers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs & other Graphic Design Elements as per Client's requirement & feedback.
6) Knowledge of Working Drawings/Technical Drawings & Co-ordination of same at the site for Execution.
7) Requires Knowledge of AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Basic Knowledge of 3Ds-Max.
