- Developed and design link up system for cartooning machine.
- New leaflet system design for pre-folded leaflet for automatic cartooning machine.
- Change part and retrofit design as per customer product for automatic cartoning machine.
- Value engineering reducing machine vibration, weight reduction of assemblies, reducing number of parts.
- Validate design with motion analysis and FEA analysis using solid work simulation.
- Creating concepts and layout for new machine requirements.
- Design & Detailing by using GD&T Rules & DFMA
- Make concepts and detail design.
