Responsibilities :
- Store design co-ordination with Franchisees and their architects and consultants for Closing Layouts, Design Packages including Fa- ade, lighting and furniture while ensuring that the design & execution standards are as per standard norms
- Coordinate with cross-function teams
- Ensure image of all stores to be contemporary through design changes and re-imaging
- Build design capability and ensure alignment with architects and franchise development teams
- R & D - Keeping abreast with design development and sharing new material information with franchisees
Desired Candidate profile :
Education Qualification : Bachelor in Architecture is mandatory
Experience : 6-8 years
Mandatory : Should have experience in Store design with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
