Designer - 3D Autocad - Sheet Metal Fabrication (4-5 yrs)
Qualifications : Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience : 4 to 5 years exp in Sheet metal Fabrication and Auto CAD exposure for reading drawings
Essential Skills / Aptitude :
1. Hands on experience in sheet metal fabrication
2. Knowledge of sheet metal and well versed with welding techniques.
3. Skill in estimating time and material requirements.
5. Knowledge of 3D Auto CAD drawing tools and commands.
Key skills :
1. Estimation of fabrication work
2. Fabricate, build, and install various types of metal structures and equipment
3. Constructs specific units of standard and custom design by shear, cuts, slit, bends, form, roll, solder, and shapes sheet metal to required dimensions.
4. Develops layout; Designs and constructs templates and fixtures.
5. Maintains equipment and records for projects and repairs.
6. Conducts duties in a safe manner and recommends improvements in plant safety.
7. Performs routine maintenance and cleaning
8. Reading and Preparing the drawings in Auto CAD.
Communication skills :
- Skill in both verbal and written communication.
