Designer/Senior Designer - Research & Product Development - Home Fashion & Accessories (2-10 yrs)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Research and Design Development for Home fashion and accessories
- Being in syncwith home fashion trends and Textile printing techniques
- Should be able to make out of the box design concepts
- Graphically designing Inlays/Inserts to support product packaging
- Experimenting with color, fabric and texture to create print concepts
- Should have idea of rotary, flat bed and screen printing
- Self-exploration of designs/products to add in the product basket of the company
- Should have an idea of merchandising involved from Design to Production stage
- Can take part in Design meetings with buyers and conceptualize the same in real
AN INDIVIDUAL FOR THE ABOVE ROLE SHOULD HAVE :
- Strong Logical & Aesthetic skills
- Hunger to work and take the ownership
- Deeply understands Design
- Knowledge of Fabric and elements of design
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time
SHOULD HAVE SET HANDS ON SOFTWARES :
- Adobe Photoshop
- Corel Draw
- Adobe Illustrator
- MS-Office
