DesignTech Systems - Project Leader (5-10 yrs)
- Design and develop casted housings and structural components for tractor/farm equipment transmissions
- Create and validate 3D models of transmission components including gears, shafts, and housings
- Develop complete transmission layouts (manual, powershift, etc.) aligned with performance and durability targets
- Collaborate with CAE and validation teams for strength, NVH, and durability analysis
- Prepare design documentation including BOMs, 2D drawings, and design justification reports
- Work with manufacturing and procurement teams for DFM/A and cost optimization
- Contribute to powertrain system integration (engine, clutch, gearbox, axle)
