We are looking Customer Support Engineer L1 & L2 Level / Desktop support Engineer Positions L1& L2 Level and Printer Engineer for our Ensure Support Services India Limited Mumbai & Pune Office.

Experience Range : 1 years - 4 years
Qualification : Diploma Or any UG & PG Or Certification
Work Location : Pune & Mumbai Location
Salary : As per your skill level and Experience.
Job Description :
- Good Communication Skills
- Expertise in hardware troubleshooting
- OS Installation&configuration, troubleshooting
- Network troubleshooting
- Hands on experience in desktop support with good experience on Outlook
- Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
- Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
- Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK-To solve the technical problems.
- Knowledge of Software Installation.
- Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
- Willing for field work
- Experience in Printer Service, Installation, configuration
