Development Director - Project Execution (8-12 yrs)
- Project management life cycle with 360 degree responsibility to deliver projects in time, cost & quality, closely with project delivery team
- Understand the business strategy for new projects from senior management, assimilate all information & present the development strategy especially commercial viability
- Coordinate with Architects, Consultants etc to prepare a detailed project plan to translate strategy into operations; contracting with architects/ consultants etc
- Based on architectural drawings & plans, ensure liaison team get approvals in time; ensure internal projects team understand the approval processes required at each stage
- Ensure timely project funding including sales projections
- Pre-empt litigation, RERA adherence, MIS, oversee procurement & contracts; feasibility for phase II including cash flow [hotel, residential etc]
- Drive end to end Project monitoring, ensure seamless & timely delivery within defined standards of cost & quality, by effective project management
- Manage cash flows/allocated budget & proper documentation for operating expenditure
- Work closely with Government/ regulatory authorities/ statutory/ law enforcement agencies, Architects/ Consultants / vendors / PMCs, Bankers, Contractors and Vendors
- End-to-end project management from land acquisition to handover for Greenfield projects
- Leadership to carry his conviction with top management;
- Mixed use large project experience preferred
- BE+MBA, 8-12 years- experience, 35-40 years of age
