DFT Engineer - Electronics Engineering (3-7 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :
- Work as a DFT Engineer on insertion and validation of DFT technologies such as Scan, 1500 Wrapper, Boundary Scan, Compression (XOR/OPMISR/2D Elastic), Hierarchical Test, LBIST, OPCG, MBIST, IJTAG, Lowpower etc. across Synthesis (RC/Genus) & Test (ET/Modus) tools on in-house and customer designs
- Create test plans for verification of new features and execute them by creating new test cases requiring application of Design & DFT skills; Report bugs/enhancements
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering teams to review feature specifications, test plans & customer issues
- Debug issues reported by customers and suggest/implement measures to plug the gaps
Position Qualifications :
- B.E. in Electronics/Electrical
- Experience in Design/Verification/Synthesis/DFT/MBIST/ATPG
- Candidate is expected to be strong in Digital electronics
- Good aptitude and problem-solving skills a must
- Programming and scripting skills (PERL/TCL) would be helpful
- Experience with Cadence or other EDA vendor Synthesis/DFT/ATPG tools a plus
