DG Set & Operation Maintenance Engineer - Breakdown/Preventive Maintenance (10-20 yrs)

Education : ITI / Diploma - Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Location : Lupoto, Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic Of Congo, Africa
Job Description : (Detailed JD Will Discuss at Time of Interview)
- Operation & maintenance of 2 Mva or above capacity of Dg set
- Installation & commissioning of 3 x 2 MVa Dg set
- Prepare & Implement preventative maintenance for all installed DG set
- Maintain overall DG Set back up power plant availability up to 100%
- Train local technician for operation & maintenance of Dg set
- Monitor & Control the Diesel consumption of Generators.
- Spares planning & avoid shortage of spares & consumables
- Maintain the specific diesel consumption of each Dg set
- Maintain inventory for spares & consumables
- Eliminate breakdown maintenance by 100% plant availability
- Effective training to local technicians
- General Inspections, regular maintenance
- Diesel Engine Overhauling, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of Mechanical & electrical problems.
