DGM/AM/Sr Engineer - Process Quality (6-20 yrs)

Sap proficiency is required.
Auto industry exp is required.
1. Indepth knowledge of product and related processes for Fan and related technology for components manufacturing - sheet metal, paint, powder coatings, die-castings, assembly processes.
2.Should be capable to lay down systems to ensure production in controlled conditions and drive quality culture in the company.
3.Exposure to conduct MSA, Process Capability using SPC techniques and subsequently drive initiatives to improve process capability.
4.Exposure to process design, verification and validation.
5.Exposure to problem solving techniques as 7 QC tools, 8-D.
6. In-depth knowledge of preparation of documents PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA.
7.Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt would be an additional advantage."
