- To Manage the entire Engineering services of the company
- Should be proficient in CAE packages like Ansys, Manufacturing Engineering, Structural Calculations Etc.,
- Should have diverse product development experience for Engines and Turbines (in terms of QCD)
- Development of New technology and Processes
- Product Engineering
- Design Engineering calculations and Validation
- NPD and Optimisation of Existing Product line.
- Value Engineering
- Supporting Management initiatives on New technology and Business Objectives.
Salary:INR 17,00,000 - 22,50,000 P.A.

Ideal candidate must be
Mechanical Engineer from a reputed institution with at least 14-20 years of Design Engineering experience in a large engine, Turbine or Heavy rotating machinery company.
Strong command of English, Hindi .
Drive Team Improvement and avoiding conflict.
