DGM/GM - Global Sourcing - FMCG/Auto (12-21 yrs)
STRICTLY LOOKING FROM:
CONSUMER DURABLE/ CONSUMER ELECTRONICS / HOME APPLIANCES / AUTOMOTIVE ANCILLARIES ONLY
Managing current / new supplier base for end to end Procurement processes
Supplier identification, development, RFP/RFQ launch, commercial negotiations and Contract Management and Governance
Cost Management by managing price variations, cost benchmarking, Zero Based Costing, commodity indices tracking and periodic negotiations
Achieving Cost Efficiency by identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives and support CFTs
Streamline complete Sourcing operations at all locations and ensure uninterrupted supplies in coordination with SCM team for ensuring timely availability as well as inventory
Support the CFTs in NPD for a timely introduction and First Time Right (FTR)
Develop sourcing strategies and support the management with synergy of other businesses in focus
Managing and mentoring the team members and ensure the team performance is delivered
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
A) Educational Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production Engg.
- MBA an added advantage
B) Technical Knowledge:
- Expertise in commercial negotiations, contract management, import
- Experience in Ceramics / Consumer Goods / Automotive / Consulting industries
C) Behavioral Skills:
- Team player / highly analytical / ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
