We are excited to invite experienced professionals to join our Factory Operations team as Head - Cell Formation, a leadership role at the heart of our Li-ion cell manufacturing journey.
About the Role
This position leads the critical cell formation & aging phase, ensuring process excellence, safety, efficiency, and seamless integration with end-to-end manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in shaping high-quality, high-performance Li-ion cells through innovation and operational rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cell formation and aging operations with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Drive continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to implement technology and process advancements
- Ensure high equipment uptime and operational efficiency
- Analyze process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Mentor and develop high-performing technical teams
- Manage budgets and partner with equipment suppliers for upgrades and maintenance
What We- re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline
- 6- 10 years of experience in Li-ion cell manufacturing, with strong expertise in cell formation
- Proven leadership experience in high-tech manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of Li-ion formation processes and high-voltage safety
- Data-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented leadership style.
