DGM/GM - Maintenance Operations - Fertilizer Plant (20-25 yrs)
Role : GM / DGM - Maintenance / ( Head Maintenance)
Location - Andhra Pradesh
Job Description :
- Apart from Planning, Execution and monitoring all Maintenance activities.
- Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Plant Turnaround planning.
- Failure Analysis and Trouble shooting.
- Working experience and maintenance of fertilizer plant (Urea & Ammonia)
- Work in coordination with Production team and other teams to set objectives to achieve 100% Plant reliability and Equipment down time.
- Condition monitoring of Equipments.
- Spare parts management.
- Working in systems QMS, EMS,OSHAS and PSMS.
- Responsible to provide safety leadership through modeling of safe behaviors and to ensure employee adherence to Plant safety requirements and expectations.
- Training and Subordinate development.
Candidate Education/Experience :
- B.Tech in Mechanical with 20 to 25 years experience in fertilizer plant (Urea & Ammonia) with leading organisations either from India or Middle east
- Candidate should have through knowledge on preventive, regular maintenance, PLC, electrical and instrumentation
- Persons from Fertilizers industry
