DGM/GM - Sourcing (15-25 yrs)
We have urgent opening for DGM/GM Sourcing for Coimbatore
Purpose of Position : The GM / DGM Sourcing will be responsible for complete sourcing solutions for Global Operations plant in Coimbatore as well as Pan India requirements in scope of Fortive India
Key Responsibilities :
- Sourcing for India region
- Costing strategy for components
- Vendor Management & Negotiation
- Import & Export of Components
Domain (Preferred Industry) - Manufacturing / Oil and Gas / Casting & Fabrication
- The Position should be able to independently drive core value drivers of the business in terms of Vendor management & development, Costing strategy of components and NPI with excellent negotiation skills.
- Need to work in a matrix reporting environment with multiple product profiling.
- Competency to interact with Global teams and deploying global procurement policies locally.
- The position should be able to give a costing of a component and work with vendors pan India to constantly reduce PPV as per Global & Country level targets. Expertise in Electronics, Casting, Fabrication components.
- Knowledge of market conditions in terms of Raw material costs, inflation trends for essential commodities is required.
