Position : Head Mfg - Jaipur Assembly BU

Designation : DGM

Location : Jaipur

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech

Preferred Additional Qualification(not mandatory) : Executive MBA / part time PGDBA from premier institutes

Experience : 15-18 years of Production experience

Industry : Preferably from Construction Equipment / Heavy Earth moving / Automobile / Tractor

Reporting to : Vice President - Operations, Jaipur

Compensation : Commensurate with qualification and experience

Job Description :

Key Deliverables: Heading the complete Operations for Assembly BU

- Lead, Manage & Coach the Assembly Operations Team

- Actively participate in the Assembly Leadership Team

- Production System deployment - Assembly Operations

- Lead and drive the Safety initiatives & ensure EHS compliance

- Work closely with Purchase & Quality to ensure first time ok quality & on time delivery

- Ensure DWM roll out and continuity

- Lead New Product Introduction: Engineering and related functions to provide input and technical support

- Ensure the OEE through reduced lead times, optimum MTBF & MTTR and equipment availability

- Ensure optimum utilization of resources (People, Profit & Planet)

- EHS compliance

- Ensure total Quality culture, Process and practice to get the targeted results.

- Manage the implementation of the Company PRODUCTION SYSTEM in your area(s) for continuous improvement

- Lead the PQCDSM parameters for Assembly

- Work closely with VP Operations & Site Finance head for budget preparation & maintain operations within budget

- Engage closely with Team Members to create a positive & can do attitude at the shop floor.

- Create and incubate a culture of innovation & continuous improvement
