DGM/Head - Process Maintenance - Pharma Domain (20-25 yrs)
Job Description :
Job purpose:
The head of process engineering maintenance.
Technical:
- site engineering/maintenance of all process equipment
- Develop technical collaboration with vendors (Domestic and Global)
- Regulatory/GMP requirements
- Provide leadership to the team of engineers
- Ensure timely decisions and assist resolving complex problems
- Ensure timely approvals of all necessary regulatory & GMP documents.
- Develop preventative maintenance SOPs & PM Plans of all process equipment
- Networking with other site engineering & maintenance functions
- Support improvement of OEE
- Manage essential spares of all process equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement and engg.
- Manage maintenance contracts with OEMs as appropriate
- Prepare budget & ensure adherence
HSE (Safety):
- Collaborate with site & Global HSE
People Management:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians.
Energy Conservation:
- Collaborate with site & Global Energy team.
