Job Description :
Instrument Panels/ Cockpits, Consoles,Door and Other Interior trim systems.
Exterior components- Bumper/Front End Modules, Exterior Garnish or panels & Underbody parts.
Mirrors- ORVM/ IRVM & CV Seats
The Key Deliverables
- Lead functional teams or projects and Provides leadership to managers/ professional staff.
- Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources or lead functional teams or projects with moderate/high resource requirements, risk, &/or complexity.
- Accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams.
- Develops departmental plans & policies, including business, &/or organizational priorities.
- Guided by functional business plans, Impacts the business results of a sub-function by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies.
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
- Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
- Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
- Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
- Influences others internally and externally, including senior leaders.
