- Plant Operations includes, Quality, Production, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain & other departments.
- Implementing the best Manufacturing practices (Lean Exposure)
- Develop operating plans and budgets.
- Meet Production Targets.
- ISO/OHSAS
- Should have handled team of 300+ personal
Qualifications Full Time Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
MBA - Operations preferred
Experience : 20-25 Yrs ( Minimum 10 years served as a Plant/Operations Head)
Core Competencies :
- Good Communication and Oriya language is must
- Strong People/Team Management
