DGM/Plant Head - Production (15-25 yrs)
Job Description :
SAP proficiency is required.
- Auto industry exp is required.
- Exposure to manage production of large size manufacturing plant delivering turnover above 500 cr., leading a team of 500600 people.
- In-depth knowledge about manufacturing processes as assembly, machining of aluminium components, grinding.
- Exposure to modern manufacturing techniques such as TPM, Lean, TQM.
- Well conversant with deployment of ISO/TS/EHS systems in production.
- Ability to formulate factory operating model to deliver target manufacturing cost and initiate cost reduction projects.
- Exposure to problem solving techniques such as 7 QC tools, 8-D approach and should be able to drive production team towards Quality.
