DGM - Production - Auto Ancilliary Manufacturing (15-23 yrs)
Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Preparing production schedules / plans; monitoring cost & time over-runs to ensure execution of production process within budget
- Handling a pneumatic Presses (750T,1000 T,1600T) which comprises of Hot Forging
- Managing timely dispatches and ensuring the achievement of targets w.r.t. efficiency, rejection, downtime, resources deployment, etc.
- Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining MIS/ reports for facilitating decision making by the management.
- To finalize monthly production plan with marketing team based on customer schedule to meet optimal inventory level
Desired Qualifications - B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical / Automobile Engineering / Production)
Desired Experience & Exposure : 15+ years experience in Forging Industry
