Job Responsibilities :

This profile will be Deputy Production second in line reporting to Head

- Lead the team of Hollow ware forming and Maintenance set up facility with both Electronic and Mechanical forming Machines, Analogue and automatic.

- Operation and maintenance of forming machine lines.

- Optimize the production efficiency with daily job changes.

- Implementing best operating practices and utilizes / train / develop existing manpower.

- Contribution and participation in Continuous improvement - Implement and development of production speed / weight reduction / efficiency / reduction in down time.

- Participation in cost reduction and control on production consumables.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidature:

The incumbent should have at least 10 years (Diploma) / 7 yrs. (BE/B.Tech.) experience in Glass Bottle manufacturing industry, preferably from small ware Glass Industry.

Knowledge of Computer with basic operational skill is must / Exposure to ISO.

Educational Requirements:

The candidate selected should be Full time BE /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Recognized University.
