- Execution, Project Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring & Co-Ordination, Exposure To Aluform
- Execution, Project Planning - Monitoring & Co-ordination - MIS reporting
- Exposure to Aluform Shuttering
Billing - QS, Estimation and contracts
- Liasoning Coordination.
- Handling Multiple Projects
- Handling Entire Team of Projects Managers, Site Engineers, Estimation Engineers, Planning Engineers, Contracts Engineers, Design Coordinators etc
- Complete responsibility of Project Execution for Safety, Quality, Safety & Schedule
- Strong knowledge of D & D, Planning, Contracts, Billing and estimation
- Involved in pre con, con and post con process.
- Chair All design coordination meetings with consultant.
- Execute the works as per GFCs issued by consultant. Vendor finalization and negotiation.
- Technical solutions for any issues occur during execution.
- Lead Entire team for Progress, Quality & HSE. Monitoring Bar chart wrt time and cost.
- To arrange necessary third-party test on site.
- To get necessary field tests done
- Attending internal & external IMS Audits
- Co-ordination with client, consultant, contractor, and site team.
- Complete responsibility of the project including speed, quality, and economy with safety.
