- Our client, a Global Consulting Firm is carrying out a project for a leading Diamond Manufacturer in India. The objective is to implement lean process design principles across the diamond manufacturing value chain.
- To assist with this, they are looking to onboard a professional with prior experience in the diamond manufacturing space to join their team.
Below summarizes the roles and responsibilities :
- Bring in the industry knowledge in diamond manufacturing and review the current workflows, systems and processes
- Conduct gap analysis to identify existing gaps and challenges, and propose solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency
- Presenting findings and recommendations to clients
- Demonstrating effective communication skills and senior stakeholder management, as this would be a client-facing role.
Experience required :
- 15-30 years- experience in the Diamond Manufacturing space
- Experience in lean design principles
- The client is also open to looking at profiles with experience in the areas of diamond supply chain, sales, distribution and planning
- This is a contractual opportunity and will be on a 1-month contract. The selected professional would be expected to dedicate 1-2 days a week to this opportunity. This project is being carried out of Mumbai and Coimbatore.
